Lead data we handle for our clients
When we build or manage a website, form or ad campaign for a client, the people who submit those forms are the client's customers. We collect and store their submissions (such as name, phone, email, service requested and message) on our client's behalf so we can deliver those leads, verify them and report results.
- Lead data is shared with the client the lead was submitted to and is visible to that client in their portal.
- We do not sell lead data, and we do not use one client's leads for another client.
- Questions about how a specific business uses your information should be directed to that business.
Client portal
Clients may be given access to the Jackson Marketing Co. client portal to view leads, monthly reports, invoices, shared files, messages and change requests. Portal accounts are created by us; there is no public sign-up.
- What we store: account email, client and billing details, lead records, report data (such as website traffic and search performance), invoice and payment status, uploaded files and messages.
- Where it's stored: the portal runs on secure third-party infrastructure (database, authentication and file storage providers) with access limited by account.
- Who can see it: each client sees only their own account. Jackson Marketing Co. administrators can access all accounts to provide service.
- Account emails: we send sign-in links, password resets, report notifications and payment reminders related to your account.
Sharing your information
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:
- Service providers: companies that help us operate, such as website hosting, client portal database and storage, email delivery, scheduling (Google Calendar), invoicing and payments (Intuit QuickBooks) and analytics.
- Advertising and analytics platforms: Google and Meta, when we run, measure or report on campaigns for you or for our own business.
- Legal requirements: when required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
- Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
Cookies & tracking technologies
Our website and the websites we build may use cookies, pixels and similar tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel. These help us understand which pages and ads bring in inquiries. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended. You can also manage ad personalization through your Google and Meta account settings.
Calls, texts & email
If you give us your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry or account by call, text or email. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We will still send essential account messages, such as invoices and security notices, to active clients.
Data security & retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), access controls and account-level permissions. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and resolve disputes. Former clients may request deletion or an export of their portal data, subject to records we are required to keep.

- Correction: request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: request deletion of your personal information.
- Objection: object to certain processing, including marketing.
